Program Regulations
Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 468.440 provides the authority for DEQ
to establish a program to administer the Clean Water State Revolving
Fund. Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) Chapter 340 Division 54
establishes procedures DEQ will follow to make funding available to
public agencies. Project applications are ranked according to the
Ranking Criteria Guidelines in the rules. The CWSRF Procedures Manual
documents program procedures.
