DEQ's Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Program
DEQ administers Oregon's Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) to help public agencies finance water quality improvements.
Current News
2010 Use of Federal Funds Permanent Rulemaking - Proposed
DEQ must amend the CWSRF administrative rules to address new federal requirements that states provide additional subsidization and establish a financial reserve within the program to fund green projects. Temporary rule revisions were adopted by the Environmental Quality Commission in April. This rulemaking will make those earlier revisions a permanent aspect of the CWSRF Loan Program.
