Oregon DEQ: Water Quality - Oregon Drinking Water Protection Program

Oregon implements drinking water protection through a partnership of DEQ and the Department of Human Services (DHS). The program is designed to make information about drinking water available, as well as provide you and your community a way to get involved in protecting the quality of your drinking water. We encourage community-based protection and preventive management strategies to ensure that all public drinking water resources are kept safe from future contamination.
