Search Hints:
  • The Enforcement database may contain many variations on source names, for example Umatilla Chemical Dept is also listed as US Army Umatilla Chemical Depot; US Dept of Army, Umatilla Chem. Agent Disposal Facility; and United States Department of the Army, Umatilla Chemical Depot. By choosing just one key word (Umatilla, in this example), you will get enforcement actions for all of these variations.
  • Be sure to search for all possible source names including (common, legal, alias or previous name).
  • You can search by source legal name, source common name, inspector last name or any combination of these. For instance, if you did the following:
    • Legal Name = Umatilla Chemical Depot
    • Alternate Name = US Army Umatilla Chemical Depot
    • Inspector Last Name = Duso
Your results will include all sources that have Umatilla Chemical Depot or US Army Umatilla Chemical Depot in their source name and that have an inspector with the last name of Duso listed.
  • You can also filter your search by the DEQ region (Eastern, Western or Northwest Regions).
