Wheel of Waste Reduction

What is it?

The "Wheel of Waste Reduction" is a former casino gaming wheel that has been modified to convey interesting true/false facts to the citizens of Oregon. The wheel targets ages 12 and up, and is point-numbered, plus it makes a fun clacking noise as it spins!

  • Wheel dimensions:
    • Stands 34 inches above a table top
    • Wheel diameter: 23 inches
    • Case is 30 x 26 x 16 inches, with wheels for easy maneuverability
      • Case and contents weigh 69 pounds.

Why do I need it?

The Wheel of Waste Reduction is designed to be a fun, educational tool for residents in your community. It will help cities and counties meet the expanded recycling education and promotion requirements of OAR 340-090-0030 and 0040.

Where would I use it?

At any community event such as a county fair, a holiday celebration, or an environmentally focused event.

  • Features include:
    • Simple instructions for setup and use
    • Suggested game variations
    • Four (4) interchangeable board inserts focusing on the topics of Household Hazardous Waste Alternatives, Home Composting, Waste Reduction & Recycling, and one having a mix of these topics
    • Optional setup for staffed or non-staffed booth

When can I reserve the wheel?
