* To print Appendix 2:

1. Open the PDF
2. Select File –> Print . . .
3. In the Main Print menu that pops up, click on Properties.
4. Select the Layout tab.
5. Click on Advanced . . .
6. Next to Paper Size make sure to select 11x17 then click OK.
7. (If this option does not appear in your print menu, your printer may not be able to print on 11x17 paper.)
8. You will be returned to the Print Properties menu, on the Layout tab. Make sure that Landscape is selected. Click OK.
9. Now you are back in the Main Print menu, click OK one more time.
10. Depending on your printer, you may have to feed 11x17 paper manually.
