Applications and reporting forms 

ACDPs are primarily used to regulate minor sources of air contaminant emissions, but are also required for any new major source or major modification at a major source. There are six types of ACDPs. A General ACDP differs from the other ACDPs in that they are issued for an entire source category, and qualifying facilities are subsequently assigned to the permit. The other types of ACDPs are issued for each individual facility.

• Instructions for Using Air Contaminant Discharge Permit (ACDP) Application Forms: Instructions is for the owner/operator of a facility seeking an ACDP, renewal of existing ACDP, or modification to an existing ACDP. Identifies the application forms and describes how forms are to be used to prepare an application.

Six types of ACDP
