September 13, 2011 DEQ and SWCAA presented the final air quality strategy and recommendations to the Commission. The final Gorge Strategy Document summarizes the conclusions of this work by describing a variety of current, new, and possible future emission reduction strategies that will continue to improve air quality and visibility in the Gorge.

March 5, 2008 Gorge Policy Day meeting to present and receive public comment on the proposed strategies to improve visibility in the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area. The draft Gorge Strategy Document chronicles the study's history, summarizes the available science, describes existing state and federal emission reduction strategies that will improve air quality regionally, and highlights new initiatives that will improve visibility further in the Gorge.

September 25, 2007 Gorge Science Day workshop to discuss scientific studies relevant to visibility in the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area. The workshop included summary findings of the 5-year technical study conducted by DEQ and SWCAA.

September 12, 2006 Oregon DEQ and SWCAA presented their annual project status report to the Columbia River Gorge Commission on the Gorge Visibility Project.

March 14, 2006 Oregon DEQ and SWCAA presented an interim progress report to the Columbia River Gorge Commission on the Gorge Visibility Project.

August 10, 2004 Oregon DEQ and SWCAA presented status report to the Columbia River Gorge Commission on the Gorge Air Quality Project.

August 2003 Columbia River Gorge Visibility and Air Quality Redesigned Technical Study Plan – Status Report on Winter Time (East End Gorge) Intensive Monitoring Activities.

August 12, 2003 State Agencies present redesigned Columbia Gorge Air Quality Project Work Plan. Begin air quality study
